Hervé Jaspard is ASTON Advisory & Search’s founder.

He specialises in recruiting directors in Software, Digital, Electronics, Networks and Telecoms (ICT).

The various assignments he has led have mainly concerned filling positions for CXO, Vice President, directors but also positions as Expert throughout mostly in Europe, Middle East and Africa, but also Northern and Southern Americas and Asia.

A former Senior Partner of Humblot Grant Alexander, co-founder of Scott Mc Pherson, Hervé has 20 years experience in executive search and recruitment of Senior Executives and Directors.

Hervé graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion from Paris.
